Aroma Foundry Review, Recipes + Giveaway

I’m sure that by now it’s no secret that I love essential oils for their amazing healing powers and health benefits. My friends at Aroma Foundry learned about my love for aromatherapy and offered to send me four bottles of my choice of scents for review. Though I was gifted this product, all opinions are my own.

Why Aromatherapy?

The healing power of aromatherapy is becoming more widely used and accepted. And it’s for good reason. The use of essential oils has numerous profound benefits. People have been using essential oils for centuries for health and attraction. They are especially popular in Chinese medicine for the purpose of uplifting, inspiring, energizing, and euphorically intoxicating large groups of people. They have been used to treat both physical and non-physical ailments. Diffusing oils is a simple way to get the benefits of aromatherapy.

I prefer to diffuse scents based on my moods or needs. Yesterday was dreary and overcast, and I was craving some time in nature. But being that it was pouring rain outside, I was confined to staying indoors. No problem. I just added a few drops of this fir essential oil to my diffuser for a natural, woodsy scent.

What Makes Aroma Foundry Oils So Great?

You’re most likely familiar with essential oils at this point. There are various companies selling them. Some can be found in health food stores. Others are exclusively sold by multi-level marketers. Where ever you get your oils from, just know that not all essential oils are created equally.

There are several things that make Aroma Foundry oils unique and worthy of your attention.

Aroma Foundry oils are:

  • 100% pure and all-natural. They promise that Mother Earth knows best and provides higher quality and authenticity than could be conjured up in a lab.
  • Of a transparent origin. They are committed to sourcing native oils, where the crop is deeply rooted in the environment and culture. They proudly and openly volunteer the origin of each oil.
  • Bottled in the USA. They personally quality test their oils by hand-inspecting each bottle before it is boxed for retail. Each oil is bottled in Santa Barbara, California.

I’m highly impressed with the quality of the oils from Aroma Foundry and the time spent on making these some of the best aromatic essential oils for sale. I have been diffusing these non-stop since I received them. They’re that good! But they’re also good for more than just diffusing.

Essential Oil Recipes for a Healthy You and a Happy Home

I used the essential oils gifted to me to create some easy healthy you and happy home recipes.

Once you make your own all-natural deodorant, you will never want to go back to using store-bought brands ever again. It’s so easy and cost-effective to conjure up your own recipe at home. I love the feminine, floral scent of ylang ylang to create my own deodorant. Lavender is a great scent for women too. Especially because lavender oil is antimicrobial and does a great job of eliminating the nasty bacteria that cause body odors. Men will love scents such as cedarwood and sage. I can tell you from experience that this do-it-yourself all-natural deodorant works. In fact, I love it more than anything I’ve ever bought in a store. My skin is smoother and healthier when I use this homemade stuff.

As I age I’m seeing a little bit more skin dimpling on the backs of my legs. Collagen does help with that, but it’s not enough all the time. I recently discovered the power of grapefruit essential oil for cellulite treatment. First I use a dry body brush on my skin and then I apply a small amount of this homemade grapefruit cellulite cream. Not only does it smell deliciously citrusy, it also nourishes and minimized the look of cellulite.

Hands-down my favorite essential oil scent is lavender. I’m not alone because this is one of the most purchased essential oil scents worldwide. The reason is because it can do so many things including improve sleep, heal cuts and burns, alleviate headaches, and improve eczema and acne. I like it best for its ability to reduce stress and anxiety. It’s my favorite oil to diffuse, especially at bedtime. However, sometimes I don’t like to have my diffuser running. So I created a do-it-yourself air freshener to make my room smell good even when I’m not diffusing any oils. Any scent can be used for this depending on your mood and needs. Lavender is great for bedrooms, citrus scents are great for bathrooms, and woodsy scents are great for common areas.

If you’re looking for top quality essential oils, you’re in luck. Aroma Foundry has agreed to provide one of my readers with a $25 gift card to their store so that you can pick out your favorite essential oil scents and create your own healthy you and happy home products. One winner will be chosen at random. You have until April 9 at midnight to enter. Good luck!
