#100KetoDays: Fifty-Two

I have seven weeks to go. So let’s get serious here. If you’ve been following along then it should be no surprise to you that I’m not yet fat adapted. I haven’t been making the wisest food choices. But I’m not going to beat myself up about it. That was the past, and now it’s time to make the next seven weeks awesome…starting tomorrow. Because today involved cookies and chocolate. They were keto cookies. But still…

Breakfast

I woke up late and had to rush to get this made before heading to work. I used a whole avocado instead of half of one so it was extra thick. Hence the spoon since it was more like ice cream consistency and less like a smoothie.

Lunch

I didn’t bring lunch with me to work. I just brought 3 cookies and the rest of the chocolate bar that I had used to make the chocolate chunks out of for the cookies. I ate 2 cookies and pawned one off on a coworker. Then I ate the chocolate (just 2 squares) on my way home from work.

Dinner

This is leftovers from yesterday. Cauliflower rice isn’t very good as leftovers. I had a spoonful of coconut manna after dinner and sampled some of the coconut curry chicken that I prepped for my lunches for the rest of this week.
