#100KetoDays: Seventy-Three

Everything hurts and I am not okay.

Just kidding. I’m being dramatic. But for real though. This virus has my number. I’m not feeling well. What I thought could possibly be allergies from mowing the lawn Thursday night is definitely not allergies. It’s a virus I just want to be rid of as fast as possible.

Yesterday was a wasted day. I just sat at home and rested and binge watched the newest season of Orange is the New Black. It’s what my body wanted. And it was also a good excuse to keep me out of the 107º heat. Though I’m sure heat and vitamin D would do wonders to help me kick this virus.

Breakfast

3 cups of green tea were consumed bright and early. Gotta keep up my liquid intake.I also made myself one fried egg with a piece of flaxbread with Kite Hill chive cream cheese.

The egg got overdone but it was still good since I put Jacobson’s truffle salt all over it.

Lunch

I really started feeling a lot worse mid-day. I was craving a grapefruit but they’re out of season so I settled for a valencia orange.

I also had a bottle of ginger turmeric kombucha. Not keto, but it’s what my body wanted.

I sipped on bone broth while watching Netflix and reading.

Dinner

I lacked a bunch of energy later in the day. I forced down a ton of water and made myself a sweet Italian chicken sausage from Costco. I just wasn’t feeling veggies. I have a bunch of broccoli and cauliflower in my fridge but I didn’t feel like cooking them or chewing them. I went to bed around 8:30pm and I slept in until almost 9:00am the next day.
